Two proposed bills in Arizona would make it tougher for criminals to commit identity theft. One would make it easier and cheaper for consumers to freeze their credit following a suspected breach in their security, while the second would require credit card companies to confirm address changes if they are significantly different from the address they have on file when they receive a new credit card application.
